The MartyRider Story
Born on the Open Road
In early 2025, motorcycle enthusiast James Allaband found inspiration during a life-changing ride across Route 66. Watching the sunset from his saddle, James realized riders needed premium apparel that matched their passion. That moment birthed MartyRider – authentic gear crafted for those who embrace both freedom and style.
Let me tell you how this all started. January 2025. Cold as hell back home in Chicago, so I (that’s James Allaband) decided to follow a dream – motorcycle solo across Route 66. Somewhere around Arizona, watching the sunset paint the desert while sitting on my bike, it hit me.
The jackets and gear I’d packed? None captured what riding actually felt like. Too corporate, too plastic, or just plain uncomfortable after eight hours in the saddle.
By the time I rolled into Abilene two weeks later, MartyRider wasn’t just an idea anymore – I’d filled three notebooks with sketches and called in some favors from old friends in apparel design.
The vision was clear: we create motorcycle lifestyle products with uncompromising quality and designs that honor riding culture while speaking to today’s enthusiasts.

The MartyRider Difference
Quality Commitment
We always prioritize choosing the best materials for each type of product we sell — from fabrics for clothing to high-quality materials such as leather for shoes and bags. Each product is strictly quality checked by us before being delivered to customers. By doing this, we ensure that the product you receive will make you satisfied and want to show it off to the community immediately.
Environmental Responsibility
As trail enthusiasts, we understand the importance of protecting the environment:
- Recyclable or reusable packaging – those waxed canvas bags our vests come in? Perfect for tool kits
- Personal visits to every manufacturing facility to verify working conditions
- Leather scraps become smaller goods like key fobs instead of landfill waste
- Durability-focused design extending product life
