Delivery Timeframes
Since all our products are made-to-order specifically for you, understanding our delivery timeline is important:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
– Processing Time: 3-6 business days (custom production period)
– Standard Shipping: 10-12 business days
– Express Shipping: 7 business days
For standard shipping orders, expect delivery within 13-18 business days total from the order date—plenty of time to plan your next ride. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipping Options & Costs
We’re pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders:
– Over $99 within the United States
– Over $200 for international orders
Our shipping services cover all 50 U.S. states and 100 countries worldwide.
Tracking Your Order
We automatically select the most efficient carrier for your shipment from USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or YunExpress. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to modify or cancel your order? Email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. Important limitations:
– Changes are only possible within 4 hours on weekdays or 12 hours on weekends after ordering.
– Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled.
– A 30% management and transaction fee applies to approved cancellations.

Standard shipping only includes basic carrier coverage, which isn’t enough for quality riding gear. For just $2.95, you can protect your entire order.
If Something Goes Wrong
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t show up:
1. Take photos of any damage.
2. Contact us within 48 hours.
3. We’ll handle the rest.
All apparel and leather goods are carefully packed with extra protection, but accidents happen. Better safe than sorry when it comes to your riding gear.
Insurance doesn’t cover pre-existing damage or issues with items you’re returning to us.
International Shipping & Customs
International riders should be aware that
– Your local government may charge customs fees, duties, or taxes.
– These fees are not included in our prices and are your responsibility.
– For questions about potential customs fees, contact your local customs office.
